Would be great if fth would pick this up. Buuuuut if they won't and and if you still can't find another translator would you then consider releasing the raws for volumes 8, 9 and 10?
Since then maybe one day someone will pick it up. However without the raws no one will ever be able to finish the series since (at least last time I looked) there are no public raws available for 8, 9 and 10 (plus people did donate for you to buy the raws so even if you can't manage to find someone to help you finish it maybe someday someone will)
Is there any help folks could provide to help the Arrow leave the bow again? (Ugh. Cheezy, I know.) If you need translators, are there places folks could do one last agitation to find some? If you don't want to go that route & if FTH is too busy, maybe try EGS for joints? They *seem*, at least, to have quite the well-managed stable of contributors.
Probably nothing you haven't already considered, but I wanted to rack my brains a bit on Arrow's behalf, since what I can do is limited. I hope the usual translator is alive'n'stuff. Wordless bails are annoying but also contain a slight percentage of worrying possibilities.

Current status of Luck Stealer: it's on FTH's backlog, waiting for a translator to become available. However, I don't know how long that will take.
For some reason, scanlators are really weary of joints because of different schedules, quality expectations, and ways of doing things. Nevertheless, if another group announces that they wish to adopt the project with steady releases, I will offer my raw provider and editing services.
Translators are the hardest staff positions to fill because you can't become good at a foreign language in, say, a month. Plus, translating is really demanding work (along with the cleaning and typesetting).

Volumes 8, 9 are available in chinese with good quality.
